This was my first science class online and have enjoyed the objective materials. The labs were easy to follow along and was full of new information to learn. This class had made me develop a solid understanding for biology.
In this class I felt as if there were plenty of resources. But on the timed weekly quizzes I felt as if they should have been a few minutes longer.
This course was fun. I enjoyed the weekly readings and the organization of the handout information was wonderful. The discussion were interesting and helped the readings make more sense. My biggest issues with the course were the labs and the readings. I felt the labs often took place too far from when we read the information in the text book and watched the lectures and the readings are sometime out dated because the text book they are taken from is an older addition. Overall this course was informative and I have learned more about biology.
I thoroughly enjoyed this class, even though it was online which is usually harder for me. However, I think that Mrs. Green did a fantastic job in making sure I could contact her with any questions that I had and was very quick about it. Everything was easy to navigate and very well planned.

Was not initially prepared for online courses, took time to get used to. I think that the class was very structured.
This was my first college science class. I really enjoyed taking it over the 10 weeks this spring. It was very well organized and easy to follow. The workload was not that bad as long as you stayed on top of your work and followed directions. Mrs. Green was very helpful. She responded to emails very quickly and was available whenever you needed her help.

This class was structured very well, made it easy to navigate and see what was due for each week. I would have to say it is way different doing a bio class online rather than in-class. You really have to made sure you’re keeping up with all your work and looking at the labs early in the week. Overall, I enjoyed this class a lot and the labs were fun!
I’ll be honest this class was a great refresher from my highschool classes. I greatly enjoyed the opportunity to take this class.
This course was formatted very differently from my last online class, but after a while I got the hang of it. I’m not particularly good at science, but I feel like Mrs. Green provided many useful resources to help with that.
This was my first online science course and I was surprised about how simple the format was, as well as how the labs were very simple and easy to understand. I was taking 18 credits this term, so it was overwhelming at times and I did have moments of procrastination, which helped me to focus on my time management skills. I do love science and biology and I will recommend this class to others. I will take on campus biology classes in the future. Thank you!
I really enjoyed this class and the labs that we got to do. At the beginning I had to get used to the structure and set up of the material and modules. It is set up differently then most of the online classes I have taken. After I understood what was expected of me it was easier to maneuver through the course. My favorite part was definitely the labs.
It was well planned out and easy to follow. I would recommend to anyone who needs to take Biology.
This class was well organized, which was a huge change from what I had experienced with other instructors. It took some getting used to since I wasn’t used to have video lectures, but all in all I found that the information was easier to learn with someone speaking to me versus having to focus on only the textbook.

This class was well formatted but very overwhelming because I don’t really take online classes all the time but it was not too bad! Thanks!!
I really enjoyed this class. It was a lot of work but if I managed my time well it wasn’t so bad. There were a few things on canvas that needed to be updated but other than that I feel like I learned a lot and generally enjoyed the content. I also really liked being able to do the labs and everything at home. I work full time and have a family to take care of and the class was just what I needed to fit into my busy schedule.
I had a lot of fun doing this class. I thought it was very well lined out and each assignment and lab had clear instructions. I also appreciated how it often included both written and video instructions to make it easier to understand. The instructor was also very diligent to respond to any question that I had about the class.

This class was formatted very well and allowed learning to be conducted in a manageable way, when daily life tasks and work still have to be completed on top of school. Thank you for all your help and instruction!
I really enjoyed how this class was structured, it was relatively easy to follow and easy to understand. I would suggest when assigning things you could include more details of your specific expectations, this would be more helpful for students who have a harder time gleaning information from vague instructions. There were a few times I had to ask for clarification from family members about a few things I didn’t quite understand. I figured it out, but I feel it could have been structured better. Either way, I really enjoyed learning new things concerning biology, I love biology and I really enjoyed this class.
I enjoyed the course! Each lab had a clear objective and was relevant to the course material. The study guides given with the lectures are a really helpful resource, and helped me focus on the more relevant information in each chapter. After taking this class, I feel that I have developed a solid foundation to continue learning about biology.

This was my first college class so it was overwhelming at times but I am so thankful I took it this term. It had a lot of information which allowed me to work on my time management. I will be much better prepared for future courses because of this. I also had every resource to help me learn the material. Mrs. Green was very helpful in responding to any questions as well as the extra time and resources she provided.
